Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — plenty of time to decide if your new tee truly sparks joy… or if your cat disapproves. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. (In other words: tried on is fine, cat-napped and fur-covered is not.) Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted — even if they look innocent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can investigate and make things right. Accidents happen — even outside the litter box.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items can’t be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous or flammable materials. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. If you’re unsure, ask us before attempting a daring return mission.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Simple. Efficient. Very un-catlike, but effective.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional time to process it — they are slower than cats deciding where to sit.
